Corboy, Clark receive BayTrust grants

Two Eastern Bay sportspeople have been awarded BayTrust Scholarships.

Opotiki athletics coach Michael Corboy and Whakatane multisport athlete Sam Clark, have made successful applications for grants.

They'll each receive funding to help them develop in their area of interest.

Michael Corboy has committed more than 40 years to coaching Athletes at all levels and recently attended the World Youth Championships to train a junior sprinter.

Sam Clark has successfully competed in many multisport events and hopes to be able to represent his country overseas.
