Another orchard in Opotiki has fallen victim to the PSA-V disease, killing local kiwifruit.
This week has also seen eight new infections in Tauranga, and two in Waihi.
Overall, 52% of gold and 34% of green kiwifruit orchards are infected with the disease, nationwide.
On February 9, a meeting between Kiwifruit Vine Health and Zespri is to take place.
They will be discussing seasonal updates, and give talks on spray evaluations and PSA programme plans.
Members of the public are invited to attend the event at Orchard Church in Te Puke.
80% of the country's plantations are in high priority zones - with 38% of kiwifruit on an infected orchard.
