Pink caravan visit

Eastern Bay women have the chance to visit the Breast Cancer Foundation New Zealand's pink caravan today.

The caravan is visiting Whakatane, Opotiki, Kawerau and Edgecumbe this week, offering a free service.

Nurses will offer women an easy way to learn what they should be feeling for when self-checking.

Caravan manager Dianne Swann says the caravan will serve as a helpful tool for local women.

The first visit is at Pak’n Save from nine this morning through till four this afternoon.

The caravan will then be at The Warehouse in Whakatane tomorrow.

New World Opotiki on Friday.

OPAC Opotiki on Tuesday December 4th.

Fonterra in Edgecumbe on Wednesday December 5th.

New World Kawerau Thursday December 6th.
