The Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Kris Faafoi is paying a visit to Whakatane on Monday.
He's also known as the Minister of Civil Defence, Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Broadcasting, Communications and Digital Media and Customs and Association Minister of Immigration.
A breakfast meeting is being held at the Whakatane Presbyterian Church from 8.30 -- at 15-dollars a head for those interested.
As the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, he’s committed to ensuring the wheels of commerce move smoothly and that New Zealand capitalizes on every advantage it can to grow our economy, jobs, wages and opportunities. This will be the main focus of his presentation.
Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Ged Casey says it'll be great to host the Minister, and hear his vision.
