Sheena works in the New World cafe. She is a most welcoming, thoughtful and friendly lady who gives top service to everybody.
Sheena remembers regular customers and what is happening in their lives. Her thoughtfulness extends to even preparing in advance for us, every Monday morning, a tray set up with cups and teapot ready for our morning tea. We are blown away by Sheena's act of kindness for us. This is service above and beyond what is expected. We are so thankful for her kindness.
