Early Morning Ram Raid At Whakatāne Dairy

Enquiries are ongoing into the ram raid at Appenzell Dairy Plus in Whakatāne yesterday morning.

Police had received a report of a burglary at an Appenzell Drive business around 3.50am.

"A vehicle had been used to gain access to the premises," A Police spokesperson says.

Police attended the scene, however the offenders had fled.

In a Facebook post yesterday morning, Appenzell Dairy Plus said, "the damage is very high, mentally and physically."
