One Dead, Three Injured in Overnight Crash in Poroporo

One person has died and three others are seriously injured following a single-vehicle crash in Poroporo overnight.

Emergency services were called to the scene on Station Road, near Butler Road, around 10pm. Upon arrival, one person was found deceased at the scene.

The three other occupants of the vehicle were transported to hospital in serious condition.

Station Road was closed for several hours while the Serious Crash Unit examined the scene. The road reopened around 4.20am.

Police are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
