Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Provided by 1XX

Depending on the level of sponsorship, 1XX may provide one or more of the following:

• On-air mentions or interviews
• Inclusion in our Community Notices or event guide
• Free or discounted advertising
• Support via social media, website, or live presence at the event
• Provision of equipment such as the Dunking Machine, Sound Equipment etc.

2. Acknowledgement Requirements

In return for our support, 1XX must be acknowledged as a sponsor/partner on:

• All printed and digital event material (including posters, flyers, tickets, etc.)
• Your website and social media
• Event signage and MC mentions where applicable
• Any press releases, if other sponsors are also mentioned

3. Use of Logos and Branding

• Please use the approved 1XX logo, and ensure it appears clearly and proportionately with other sponsors’ logos.

(We can supply versions suitable for print, web and social media.)

4. Reciprocity and Fair Use

Our support is given in good faith and is intended to benefit the wider community. Repeated requests for unpaid promotion, or requests that do not include fair acknowledgement, may affect future support eligibility.

5. Event Updates

Please keep 1XX informed of key event details or changes, especially if our announcers are promoting the event on-air or attending.

6. Cancellation or Postponement

If your event is cancelled or postponed, please notify 1XX as soon as possible. Promotional activity may not be reissued for rescheduled dates.
