BOOST & WIN – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promotion is run by Media Bay of Plenty Ltd (Radio 1XX) (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The 1XX Boost & Win campaign runs from Friday 10 July 2026 to Friday 25 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

• Weekly prize draws will occur throughout the Promotion Period
• The Grand Prize draw will take place on Friday 25 September 2026

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for entry into the promotion, businesses must:

a) Boost Campaign Entry

Purchase and maintain an active:

• 3-Month Brand Boost package, or
• 12-Month Business Brand Boost Plus package

OR

b) General 12-Month Contract Entry

Sign up to any 12-month advertising contract with Media Bay of Plenty before 31 July 2026

Important:

• Only active and paid advertising schedules qualify for entry
• Entries are valid only while the advertising campaign remains current and in good standing

4. Entries into the Draw

• Each eligible campaign receives entries into:
  • Weekly prize draws
  • The Grand Prize draw
• 12-month campaigns receive double entries into the Grand Prize draw
• Entry allocation and structure is determined by the Promoter

5. Weekly Prizes

Weekly prizes will be drawn during the Promotion Period and include (but are not limited to):

• Radio advertising packages
• Website billboard advertising
• On-air interview features
• Campaign upgrades (e.g. “Double Your Schedule”)
• Live on-site broadcasts
• BayPlay app advertising

Conditions:

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash
• Prize components must be used within a timeframe specified by the Promoter
• All advertising is subject to availability and station scheduling

6. Grand Prize

The Grand Prize is the Ultimate Business Growth Package valued at over $15,000, including:

• $350/month radio advertising for 12 months
• Monthly on-air interviews
• Monthly Business of the Day feature
• Mobile app banner advertising
• Two (2) on-site activations

Grand Prize Conditions:

• The winner must maintain an active paid advertising schedule with Media Bay of Plenty throughout the prize period
• The $350/month advertising component:
  • Is additional to any paid campaign
  • Cannot be used as a replacement, credit, or offset against existing or future advertising
• All components must be used within 12 months of prize activation

7. Prize Conditions (General)

• All prizes are:
  • Subject to availability
  • Subject to station approval
  • Scheduled in consultation with the Promoter
• The Promoter reserves the right to:
  • Substitute prize components with items of similar value
  • Adjust scheduling to suit programming requirements

8. Advertising Terms

• A binding advertising contract is formed once confirmed in writing (including email confirmation)
• Standard Media Bay of Plenty advertising terms apply
• A minimum of 30 days written notice is required for cancellations

9. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to remove entries or disqualify participants if:

• Payments are overdue
• Advertising schedules are cancelled or paused
• The business breaches advertising or promotional terms

10. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
• By entering, participants agree to:
  • Their business name being used in promotional material
  • Participation in publicity related to the promotion

11. Amendments

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if required.
