Police are appealing for dashcam and CCTV footage after a man was fatally struck by "several vehicles" on Te Puke Highway on Tuesday night.
According to Police, the man was walking along Te Puke Highway near Manoeka Road at about 8.30pm on 1 September, when he was fatally struck.
It said he died at the scene from injuries sustained in the incident.
Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the man's death and are asking members of the public who may have witnessed the incident or captured relevant footage to come forward.
Investigators are particularly interested in dashcam footage or CCTV recordings showing the man walking along the highway before the collision, as well as footage of the collision itself.
